The M350 Fluid Rower is a commercial-grade rowing machine designed for full-body cardio, HIIT workouts, endurance training, warm-ups, cool-downs, rehabilitation, and home or commercial gym environments. Its adjustable fluid resistance system provides a smooth, consistent rowing stroke across different resistance levels and stroke rates.
Featuring a Twin Tank Adjustable Fluid Resistance system, an angled tank, and a straight-line configuration, the M350 provides a broad range of resistance that can be adjusted during a workout. Its compact footprint, transport wheels, and vertical storage capability also make it suitable for group fitness spaces, cardio areas, and home gyms where efficient use of space is important.
Adjustable Fluid Resistance System
The M350 uses a Twin Tank Adjustable Fluid Resistance system with semi-isokinetic resistance characteristics to provide a natural catch and smooth resistance throughout the rowing stroke.
The updated impeller design provides 15% greater resistance than previous models, while the double-sealed, precision-aligned twin tank is designed for consistent performance and durability.
The resistance can be adjusted during a workout, supporting different training intensities and multiple users.
Interactive Performance Monitor
The Bluetooth Auto-Adjust Monitor (BAM) Interactive Performance Monitor (IPM) features Bluetooth connectivity and automatic resistance detection.
The monitor displays:

- Calories per hour
- Watts
- 10 resistance levels
An integrated heart rate receiver is included and is compatible with major heart rate belts.
Adjustable Footboard
Height-adjustable footplates feature an Advanced Heel Cradle footboard design with straps to help maintain secure foot positioning and a comfortable rowing position.
The rigid frame construction provides additional stability during training.
Contoured Seat
The contoured seat provides a smooth and quiet rowing motion with a textured surface designed to reduce slipping.
The seat is positioned at approximately office-chair height for easier entry and exit. Concealed Air Glide low-friction seat rollers contribute to a smooth rowing motion while maintaining a streamlined design.
Ergonomic Handle & Belt Drive
The ergonomic handle is designed to provide a comfortable grip while minimizing strain on the hands, wrists, and forearms.
A durable belt-drive system with active recoil provides consistent movement throughout each rowing stroke.
Steel & Aluminum Frame
The M350 combines steel and aluminum construction with a premium black finish for commercial training environments.
Extended transport wheels simplify repositioning and storage, while rubber feet provide additional floor grip and help protect flooring surfaces.
The rower can also be stored vertically when not in use.
